Director of Governmental Finance and Grants
Jawanza Joseph, MBA, joins the team at MSA as the Director of Governmental Finance & Grants. She has over 15 years of audit and accounting experience which includes working with nonprofit, health, long-term care and rehabilitation organizations. She has also worked with governmental entities as well as school districts and local educational agencies throughout the State of Louisiana. She has several years of experience serving in management at the executive leadership level.
Jawanza's key skills are diverse within the realm of financial management. She has served in a position to be a source for training and providing technical assistance regarding allowable costs to federal grant programs. Her career highlights include financial statements and reporting, budgeting, bookkeeping, fiscal monitoring, grant compliance, revenue reimbursements, and fund management.
