Wisconsin Welcomes You

The 2016 Main Street Now Conference is just a few days away. To help guide you as you make your way to Milwaukee, here are a few things you should know!

Transportation from the Airport to Downtown Milwaukee

Transportation is available via taxi, rideshare, shuttle, and train from General Mitchell International Airport, and is convenient to conference room block hotels in downtown Milwaukee. Visit the airport’s ground transportation page for more information and links to options.

  • Taxi Service: Approximately $25+ per way.
  • Airport Shuttle: Approximately $15 one way. Schedule in advance through GO Riteway's website or by calling (800) 236-5450.
  • Rideshare: Approximately $17-22 each way using your Uber or Lyft app. Both popular rideshare services are allowed at Milwaukee’s airport.
  • Amtrak: $8.00 each way. A free shuttle bus connects airport travelers to the rail station. The headquarters hotel is a 3-block walk from the downtown station.
